Salt State Swim is a pre-launch label. The only thing this site collects is an email address, and only if you choose to give us one.

What we collect

Your email address, plus which part of the page you signed up from and the date you did it. Nothing else — no name, no account, no tracking or advertising cookies.

What we use it for

One note when the debut collection launches, and the occasional update about Salt State Swim before then. That's the whole purpose. We don't sell, rent or trade the list, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

The list is stored on Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. Emails are delivered through Resend, and signups are screened for spam by FormShield. Each of them handles the data only to run that step for us.

Coming off the list

Reply to any email we send you and ask to be removed, or send us a direct message on Instagram at @saltstateswim. We'll delete your address, and there's no confirmation loop to click through.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we'll action it. Handling follows the Australian Privacy Principles.

Changes

When the store opens this page will be rewritten to cover orders and payments. Until then, what's above is all of it.
